Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for our products.However, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the value they expect from our Ayurvedic offerings.

Replacements: We offer product replacements in the following circumstances, if informed to us within 7 days of product delivery

  1. Double Payments: In the event of an accidental double payment for a single order. 
  2. Damaged Products: If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping. 
  3. Quality Issues: If the product does not meet our high quality standards.

To initiate a replacement request or discuss any concerns, please contact our customer service team using the contact information provided in the footer of our website. The Refund amount may take upto 7-10 days, depending on Bank Working Days.
